Nonprofit 501(c) Status

The AllHumanity Group and its affiliated and associated companies are not, nor have ever been, recognized under the IRS 501(c)3 Tax-Exempt Status. The AllHumanity Group has never sought tax-exemption under IRS 501(c)3 regulations. The AllHumanity Group does not seek donations on its own behalf.  The AllHumanity Group operates as a for-profit social good corporate entity, registered as such in the USA, that create humanitarian consortiums whose primary mission and goal is to create non-profit and for-profit hybrid partnerships internationally for the following purposes:
